We offer plans and coaching services for any distance – from a 5k run or sprint triathlon to ultra-marathons and Iron-distance triathlons. We understand what it takes to finish and be competitive – because we race too.
Our services are based upon the principles of periodization, which introduces systematically-timed training sessions based on your goals, and your racing calendar. We primarily assess the ongoing performance of our athletes using heart rate. (For those athletes with a power meter, we incorporate power-based training for the bike. However, power meters are not required.)
