I am a USCF catagory 2 cycling coach with a personal training background
I have been a competitive cyclist for 22 years and have 8 national medals on the track.
I also have competed in dozens of triathlons and continue to bike and swim as everyday activities.
I currently coach a mix of triathletes and competitive cyclists and provide a structured system of
hard work and then rest to promote the maximum impact of training
