I have coached a couple of athletes 1:1 and prefer to work on helping individuals achieve their goals through building training programs and workouts. I have also coached many seasons with Team in Training.
I started my Triathlon journey in 2010 (at 54) with a sprint triathlon on a hybrid bike with no wetsuit. Fast forward to today and I have completed 3 Full Ironman's, Multiple 1/2 Ironman's, too many sprints and olympics to remember. I love this sport and believe that anyone can participate.
