Marlon works with athletes in every aspect of their fitness goals and specializes in personalized training programs, offers private ocean swim instruction, running and cycling. Private Triathlon/Multisport Coaching, Personal Training, Motivational Coaching, Tai Chi Chuan/Meditation.
Long Course, Beginners, Short Course, Clydesdale/Athena
Marlon is the team captain and head coach for the Children's Hospital Los Angeles triathlon team. He has completed 2 Ironman 70.3 & competed in Ironman Coeur d'Alene, & completed 4 marathons (PR 3:44:03). He was U.S. Navy search & rescue swimmer and also teaches Tai Chi Chuan.
