Liesl Begnaud is a USA Triathlon Level 1 coach, USAT Level II ParaTriathon Coach and certified USMS, level 1 & 2 Liesl has been racing endurance sports for over 19 years which includes two Ironman finishes, numerous marathons, cycling events and multiple triathlon age group podium finishes. Coach Liesl enjoys introducing new athletes to the sport and helping athletes finish their first sprint, olympic, half or full distance triathlons!
