I completed my first triathlon, the Keahoe Kona Half, in 1985. Since then I have worked as an Ocean Lifeguard with the State of California, obtained a graduate degree from Samuel Merritt College in Physician Assistant Studies, trained in Emergency Medicine and Adult Neurosurgery and Urology. I am a 5-time USAT All-American recipient. I love coaching all levels of triathletes.
