Various pricing plans/programs for the multi sport athlete, and $50.00 for running only athletes. Marathon plans are available seasonally. Swim lessons available during summer season, and occasionally during the winter when pool is available. Run Clinics offered in June, and weekly track sessions provided to Fredericksburg Area Running Club members.
Short course and long course triathlon, road races for 5k-marathon discipline, distance swimming, and masters swimming.
25 years coaching experience from youth to adults in both running, swimming and triathlon. Over 36 years competitive experience, USAT Level 2 Coach and USAC Level 3 certified. Head Coach for King George High School Swim Team
