Ray is Certified Level 1 USAT and certified USA Cycling and USA Swimming. He has completed 14 Ironman Distance races and qualified for Hawaii at Lake Placid in 2006. Ray is the founder of the Rye YMCA Tri Club and Triathlon Coach for the Westchester and Hudson Valley chapter of Leukemia TNT. He coaches all levels of athlete from beginner to experienced Triathlete.
