My service packages include plan design, one-on-one coaching, and web-based coaching and support. Plans start at $59 per month. Additional services include professional bike fitting and underwater video swim stroke analysis.
I specialize in beginner to intermediate endurance athletes.
I've been involved in endurance sports for 10 years - 2 years as a coach. I enjoy introducing athletes of all backgrounds to the sport of triathlon. I'm a USAT Level 1 triathlon coach.
