I specialize in time-challenged racers. We'll find your inner athlete and hopefully bring it out forever!
I coach about 5 students per year and up to 10. I finished in the top third at Ironman Kentucky '07 and I plan to do more IM races. They're addictive! Did my first triathlons on a mountain bike but I'm a little more advanced now, using a tri bike with a powermeter. I can coach from the beginner level all the way up to Ironman.
