I work with age group and professional level triathletes to help them achieve success by looking at their training, life, work, etc. holistically vs. just designing a training plan. I accept a very limited number of athletes to work with to be able to offer a high level of personalized service and have found that a driven athlete that has expectations of taking performance to the next level is the best fit vs. an athlete new to the sport.
All distance triathlon and endurance cycling and running events. Mostly 70.3 and full Ironman.
