Swimming technique
I have been coaching soccer for 20 years; 16 of those year at college level. I recently made the move to add triathlon coaching to my resume. I am a cerified USA Triathlon Level 1 coach. I have been participating in triathlons for the past 5 years. I am currently racing sprint and international distance only. I hope to make the move into the half ironman in 2008.
