I am available primarily to build schedules and oversee your training remotely. I will work to assess your fitness and experience prior to training to build the right schedule for you, as well as adjust training as you progress. I can also arrange in-person time for local athletes.
I have been a triathlete since 1995, a swim coach since 1998, was a team triathlon coach for 8 years, and have been an individual USAT Certified coach since 2024. At the high school coaching level I have coached over 1000 athletes of all levels and have had many of them win individual and team championships.
