I coach athletes both in-person and remotely in three countries, ranging from experienced runners and cyclists to first-time triathletes. More than 30 years of experience as a runner - from 800m in track to qualifying for the Boston Marathon. 15 years experience as a high level age group triathlete up to 70.3 distance; multiple-time USAT Age Group nationals and ITU Sprint Triathlon world championships qualifier. 4 years road bike racing experience in criterium and circuit racing, with multiple wins and podiums.
