Z3 is a USAT High Performance Development and Youth Club Team focused on teaching athletes how to compete at sport and life. Z3 focuses on skill development and preparation for draft legal and NCAA competition. Z3 believes in professionalism and strives to build healthy relationships with school and other club sports teams to better develop athletes for local, regional, National and International competitions. Z3 athletes have won 3 ITU Junior and U23 World Championships since 2013 and several National championships; including being the number one scoring High Performance program in the USA for several consecutive years. Z3 is based in Des Moines, Iowa with athletes from all across the USA. Z3 emphasizes character development along with athletic, and has a strong legacy of achieving success since inception in 2008.
