We are located in Central New York and run training sessions all year long. In the summer, expect to see organized swims, bikes, runs, mini-triathlons as well as community enhancing events centered around Earth Day Cleanup, and supporting events for other causes.
During the frigid winter months, we operate the Winter Training Facility where members can participate in coached cycling classes (we provide the trainers) as well computrainer sessions in our 12 station studio.
