The YDubTriClub of the Lower Cape Fear is an official USAT triathlon club in Wilmington, NC. We have dedicated staff members that specialize in personalized training for each club member. This year [2020] will mark our eleventh year as a multi-sport club. Currently, we have coached practices for every facet of our sport. We have multiple practices for each discipline at various times throughout the week. This allows for maximum training flexibility. We run coached training sessions for swimming throughout the year and for swim, bike and run from April to October. Whether you are a veteran in the sport or just starting, we can meet your needs.
