Rochester Area Triathletes
Rochester Area Triathletes (RATs), is an Upstate NY-based triathlon club and an incorporated 501(c)3. We are a diverse family with over 250 multi-sport enthusiasts that are dedicated to supporting the growth of our sport, with the mantra of "All Abilities, All Levels, All Welcome". Our mission is to promote healthy lifestyle through endurance sports, which positively impacts our community as well as the health of our members.
We provide a safe, educational, and encouraging environment for our members to learn each discipline from experienced triathletes while developing their own multi-sport skill sets. We also collaborate with other area athletic groups that share the same values and keep it fun. Lastly, we host three events currently: The ROC Indoor Tri, ROC Youth Tri, and the Rochester Triathlon (aka The ROC).
