  • The swim course is a triangle in Lake Sara which is marked with large orange bouys.

  • The bike is out and back with a few rolling hills.

    • [br][br]
  • The out and back run course is completely flat and fast.

    • Directions:

  • Effingham is located in central Illinois, 3 1/2 hours south of Chicago, 2 hours west of Indianapolis and about 1 1/2 hours east from St Louis.

    From Interstates 70 and 57:
  • Take I70 or I57 to Effingham (exit 160).
  • Go North on Highway 32/33 for 3.3 miles.

    • [br][br]
  • Take a left at the Gas Station on Lake Sara Road and go .7 miles.
  • Take right on Moccasin Road 1600th Ave and go 1.3 miles
  • Take a left on Beach Rd and go .8 miles.
  • This will take you to the park.
