The run is a 2 mile loop on rolling
lightly traveled residential streets. Both runs are the same loop. Volunteers
are stationed at corners to guide runners.
The ride is a 19.2 mile loop with 6
lung scorching climbs, +40 MPH down hills and flats to hammer. Well marked
course with signs and arrows, volunteers at busy corners to signal
traffic.

The Childrens Race will be split into 3 age divisions
with each age division running/biking different distances. (Children will do
laps around Carl Sandburg School. Event is mostly on pavement with a few spots
of grass. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED!)
