- The Take on the Heat Sprint Triathlon benefitting The Colony Fire Fighters is a fun event for beginners and pros alike.
- This sprint distance event consists of a pool swim, a fun & challenging bike course, & a run that winds through local neighborhoods.
- The race is followed by free food, drinks, and awards.

Course Information:
Sprint Triathlon: 350 meter pool swim 12 mile bike (2 loops) 5k run- The race starts with a 300 meter long pool swim.
- Followed by a fun, challenging, and well-marked bike course staffed with helpful volunteers.
- The run winds through local neighborhood streets and sidewalks, with some rolling hills to keep things interesting.
