Sharon Rec/Youth is hosting its annual Sprint Triathlon.
The event originates at the Sharon Town Beach on Mudge Pond and offers a scenic tour of northwestern Connecticut, via the run and bike!
This is very much a 'local' event, we encourage youths and teams to participate.
Male and female overall winners go home with the traditional 'rose-of-sharon' award.
The 12 mile swim is on Mudge Pond.
