Redding Recreations first Polar Splash-n-Dash! Saturday, January 26th
at 10:00 am start with a swim in the Aquatic
Center pool located in Caldwell Park and then transition immediately
into a run.
It's a wonderful way to start the
new year: making fitness your focus!
swim cap and 1 mm+ thickness rash guard
or wetsuit is required.

more information. The race is $20 per person and is for ages 9 and up.
Course Information:
You choose the distances you want to swim and run: a 50 or 150 meter swim and then either a 1 or 2 mile run.
Directions:
From the south:
Take I-5 North
Take the CA-44 W exit
Turn right onto Liberty St.
Take the 2nd left onto Trinity St.
Turn right onto S. Market St.
Turn left onto Quartz Hill Rd.
Caldwell Park and the Aquatic Center will be about 1/4 mile on the left.
From the north:
Take I-5 South.
Take exit 681-B, CA-273/Market St.
Merge onto N. Market St.
Turn right onto Quartz Hill Rd.
Caldwell Park and the Aquatic Center will be about 1/4 mile on the left.

Fitness Fair.
This event helps the whole family connect with local people to
achieve everyones New Year Resolutions.

the Teen Center
in Caldwell Park.
