- This new addition to the XTERRA Oregon Trial Run Series will provide a challenge. Run on trails through beautiful Forest Park, in the heart of Portland, this race will remind you why you love trail running.
- The 10.5-mile course will begin on Lower Macleay Trail and quickly rise up on Wildwood Trail and will wind through the top of the park along Holman Lane, Birch, Wild Cherry and Alder Trails before returning to Lower Macleay.
- The undulating course through dense forest will provide amazing views around every corner.
Course Information:
The 10.5-mile course begins on Lower Macleay Trail and connects to the Wildwood Trail and Holman Lane before descending Birch Trail. The course then winds through Wild Cherry and Dogwood Trails, down Alder Trail to Leif Erickson Trail, back up Wild Cherry Trail to Wildwood Trail and then a quick return to Lower Macleay and then back to the finish.
There will be 2 aid stations on the course, stocked with Water, Gatorade and Power Gels. And then at the finish line, enjoy some post race food to nourish your well worked muscles.
