Join us for the Second Annual Popsicle 5k Run - runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome!
If you dare, take the "Brain Freeze Challenge" - after the race, eat as many popsicles as quickly as you can to see if you can endure the brain freeze long enough to win!
Sign up for the ZERO K the morning of the race if you are there to support a friend or family member but do not want to run.
You'll get a t-shirt and coffee and not have to run an inch!
