2013 Malibu 7 Canyons 100 Cycling Challenge:

Not only will there be the Title Event, the Malibu 7 Canyon Full Century (100 Mi.) but there will be the Metric Century (62. Mi.) And Half Century (50 Mi.) events as well.

The Metric Century and Half Century events will follow the same route as the Full Century course ( just the first half ).

The Race will be fully supported with 6 Aid Stations and will start at Beautiful Zuma Beach in Malibu.

As the event title Implies the course will navigate through the Awesome Malibu Mountains Via 7 Iconic Canyons: Latigo Canyon, Encinal Canyon, Decker Canyon, Mulholland Canyon, Little Sycamore Canyon, Yerba Buena Canyon, Deer Creek Canyon and more. With over 9,000ft of climbing the 100-mile event is no joke.

Awards will be given out for the top three (individual) finishers male and female in each event and a King Of The Mountains award (male and female) will be given to the points winners in the 100-mile event. KOM points are awarded to the first three riders over the top of selected climbs throughout the course.

We also have a Team Category with three divisions: College, Coporate and Club so get your team together and come test yourselves.

An award will be given to each team division winner in the 100 mile event.

There will be constant challenges offered where you could win discounts on entrance fees or Free entrance.

Right now there is a course challenge for Latigo Canyon on the Navigator Adventures Group.
