Have you ever thought about doing a triathlon? What about a marathon? Have you ever talked yourself out of one of these events for the simple reason that you did not feel you were prepared enough? Well we have the solution for you! Triathlon Endurance Camp, also known as TEC, will be starting in August 2009 and going through April 2010.
This will be a once a month boot camp with some of the best trainers in the area that will help each participant raise the bar on their individual abilities. Disciplines that will be focused on are Distance Swimming, Cycling and Running. This camp is not for the weak at heart. We will be pushing our participants to perform at the each of their highest abilities. We will have monthly lectures hosted at the new IHC Health and Performance Center at the River Road Campus, which will cover a variety of topics involving endurance multi-sport training.
