2013 Wallis Sands Sprint Triathlon:
- This is a beautiful, scenic sprint triathlon with half the bike course and the whole run course are on the seacoast.
- This race has an ocean swim off the beach in Rye, NH and both the bike and run course are fast and flat.
- Wetsuits are recommended, but not required.

Course Information:
Start off with an open water swim
Swim - 1/3 Mile Swim
The 1/3 mile ocean swim will follow a rectangle route starting on the beach just south of Wallis Sands State Park and ending at the park.
The transition area will be a short run up the beach to the parking lot of the State Park.
Bike - 14.5 Mile Bike
The bike course is a loop with half the miles along the coast, and the other half meandering along beautiful Rye town roads.
Run - 5K Run
The Run Course will be a flat loop starting north along the coast on Route 1A, turning around at the Odiorne State Park entrance and returning south along the coast to the transition area/finish line.
