This is a time-based triathlon. Participants are to swim for 10 minutes, bike for 30 minutes, and run for 20 minutes. The events are scored by distance acheived.
Course Information:
All of the events will be indoors. The swim will be completed in a 25 meter swimming pool. The bike portion, on a spin bike. The run on a treadmill.
Directions:
We are located on the OU Health Sciences Center campus in Oklahoma City on the northeast corner of 8th and Lincoln.
