Course Information:

  • The race begins with a 19 mile multi terrain bike.6 miles of pavement then 13 miles of logging road.
  • Then a 4.5 mile kayak from Upper Twin Lake to Lower Twin exiting at the Twin Lakes Village Golf Course.
  • The run is 4.5 miles into town along an old railroad grade.

    • Directions:

  • From Coeur D'alene, Idaho take us highway 95 north to highway 53 to rathdrum 14 miles.

    • Other Info:

  • There will be medals awarded for all five classes.
  • Mens Individual, Womens Individual, Male 3 person team, Womens 3 person and Coed.
  • All entrants will receive T-shirt.
