Description:

2009 Make it Hurt on the Dirt:
An off-road duathlon suitable for experienced and firt time racers.
The race will be held on a variety of xc ski trails and single track.
Expect moderate terrain with some steep climbs and descents.
Post race barbecue included in entry fee.
Teams are welcome and there is a Under 10 event with 2 mile mb and 1 mile run and under 14 event with 4 mile MB and 2 mile run.

Adult distances are 9 miles/bike, and 4 miles/run.
The Under 10 Junior Course is a 2 mile bike, and 1 a mile run,
The under 14 Junior Course is 4 a mile bike and 2 a mile run.
Terrain is a combination of logging roads, trails, and single track suitable for most riders and runners.
