450 yd swim / 11 mi bike / 5k run
The start/finish transition is located in Means/Clark Park.
The swim is a snake swim in a 50 yard outdoor pool staggered at 15 second intervals.
The bike course is an out and back on paved county roads.
The run is a loop through residential and Southwestern University areas.
Both the run and bike courses have moderate, but challenging hills.
