Course Notes: The swim is in a small, man-made lake. Very spectator friendly and well supported by kayaks and lifeguards. NO SWIMMING IN LAKE ALLOWED PRIOR TO RACE DAY!!
The bike is on nice concrete urban roads. The course is slightly hilly but fast. Each major intersection and turn around will be traffic controlled with directional assistance.
The run course is moderately hilly and challenging. Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water and Gatorade.
