The SEAL Fitness Challenge is a series of physical fitness events challenging athletes to maximize their performance in individual tests of strength and endurance.

It closely mirrors the initial Physical Screening Test given to anyone who desires to become a Navy SEAL, Gunboat Crewman (SWCC), Explosives Technician (EOD), or Fleet Diver.

Course Information:

  • -500 yard swim (timed)
  • -10 minute rest
  • -Minimum 42 push-ups in 2 minutes
  • -2 minute rest
  • -Minimum 50 sit-ups in 2 minutes
  • -2 minute rest
  • -Minimum 6 dead-hang pull-ups (hand over grip)
  • -10 minute rest
  • -1.5 mile run (timed)

    These are minimum requirements.  Maximum effort is expected.

    Teams are welcome.  Please limit team size to a maximum of 6 participants and the number of teams for a group to 3.
