Make plans to attend Mercy Family YMCA's Inaugural Duathlon. This multidiscipline event will be held Saturday, November 3rd at 8:00 am and will consist of 3 legs: 3 mile run, 20 mile bike, 2 mile run. This event is appropriate for the beginner to the seasoned athlete (No walkers please). Race course will begin and end at the NWA Mercy Family YMCA.
Paket pick - up will begin, Friday November 2nd from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
Saturday, November 3rd Day of Race Registration is from 7:00 - 7:45 am.
Registration Fee before October 30, 2012: $35
after October 30,2012: $45
All participants will receive an offical NWA Duathlon t-shirt. Overall Men's and Women's 1st place trophies and age group trophies for male and female divisions will be:
29 and under 30-39 40-49 50-59 60+
