This clinic will teach young triathletes the skills needed to participate in a draft legal triathlon, and is in support of the USAT Northeast Junior Elite Cup on August 1st in New Bedford, MA being held by Sun Multisport as well as the 2009 Northeast Junior Triathlon Development Series
Prerequisites:
*Age: 13 to19 years old, both girls and boys
Swim: 500 yards freestyle, non-stop
Bike: 7 miles non-stop. Bike must be a road style bike.
No mountain bikes or hybrids
Run: 5K (3.1miles), non-stop
