Swim 1/4 mile on Rainy Lake, bike 11 miles and run 5k in the beautiful woods of Northern Minnesota.
Open to ages 15 and up. Enter as an individual or team of two or three. Fun for the whole family!
Directions:
International Falls is located on the Canadian border of Minnesota, a short five hour drive from Minneapolis/St Paul.
City Beach is located on County Road 20 east of International Falls.
