2013 Historic McKinney Kiwanis Triathlon Race Course:
Sprint: 300 yard pool swim 13 mile bike 3.5 mile run
Course Notes:
- The swim will be in a 25 yard indoor pool.
- The new bike course is a great new course on country roads as well as newly paved roads.
- The new course is one loop and was revised to alleviate any wash out areas in case of rain the week of the race.
- The run course starts at McKinney High School & winds through a new housing development north east of the high school, continuing through old McKinney, downtown square and ends at the high school.
- Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile.
- Each aid station is equipped with water and Powerade.
