  • With the increase in health and wellness programs, people are being encouraged to live healthier lifestyles.
  • However for many, this can be an intimidating endeavor.
  • Many larger people do not feel comfortable signing up for events due to the speed and agility of our smaller, agile brethren.
  • Thats where this event comes in. The 1st Annual Cly-Thena 5K run/walk and duathlon.
  • This will be a premier event catering to just the larger population without fear of intimidation or failure.
