This is perfect for novice/beginner to intermediate women looking to hone their skills with a fun, talented staff of women.
Everyone will have a choice to work on swim skills using Total Immersion swim technique (open water, too) and run skills by applying ChiRunning technique.
Develop great bike handling skills and get really comfortable riding with others.
Come enjoy the Lakes Region of NH to take some time for you for some quality training in a supportive learning environment.
Camp runs Monday, August 24-Friday, August 28th.
Campers enjoy a discount entry into one of New Englands most scenic and fun races, the Fireman sprint/international race near the ocean in beautiful Kennebunkport, Maine.
