2009 You can DUIT Duathlon:
Absolutely flat, scenic, fast, perfect for a first timer or early season veteran.
Our 3rd year but this new venue gives us a COMPLETELY CLOSED COURSE- traffic free. Along the Long Island Sound with unobstructed water views.
Great shirts and food.
BUT- if we do not have at least 75 people registered by Tues. April 28, 9pm, we will have to cancel. I hope you can join us.
If you are going to make it to this event we request you email your commitment to msrunningproductions@yahoo.com and then send in the printable registration form from the website ASAP. We need it by Sat morning otherwise you'll have to register at the race.

Honest to goodness flat- if you find a hill I will refund your entry fee. Scenic is an understatement. Great facilities and parking. Watch out for the seagulls as they like to drop things.

Directions To Race:
I 95 North exit 26- go across street off the exit onto *Pine St. (oil tanks on right) which merges into Admiral St.
At the end of Admiral take a right onto Iranistan & first right onto South.
Stay on South! Around corner it turns to Barnum Dyke.
At Stop sign go right into Park entrance to bath house.
I95 South exit 26- Wordin Ave.
Take left at bottom of ramp onto Wordin Ave.
Go under I95 & take left onto Pine St. Then follow the directions above*
