The swim is in a small, man-made lake.
The bike is on nice concrete urban roads. The course is slightly hilly but fast. Each major intersection and turn around will be traffic controlled with directional assistance.
The run course is moderately hilly. Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water and Powerade.
