Camp 1: Sprint through 1/2 Ironman level: Feb. 14-17th, 2008

Camp 2: 1/2 Ironman through Ironman Camp: Feb. 21-24th, 2008

Course Information:

Taking place in sunny Sarasota Florida, and taught by some of the finest coaches in the country including Ironman and World Champions, an Olympic Gold Medalist and a published Author/Doctor on Nutrition.

The Iron Edge Tri-Camp is for Triathletes of all levels.

Athletes will take part in daily swim, bike and run sessions to include an underwater swim-analysis, videotaping and run taping.

Hands on clinics including technical bike skills, run drills and open water ocean swimming along with informative lectures on some of the key aspects of our sport, including training periodization, nutrition, strength and conditioning and mental preparation skills.
