This camp is 3 separate dates to be sure you are well prepared for your sprint prepared for your sprint triathlon ! :

6/21/09 is our Sprint Triathlon & Racing Clinic,
7/19/09 is our Bike/Run of a sprint racing course with racing tips and techniques,
8/9/09 is our Open Water Swim Clinic to prepare you for your triathlon open water swim course.
The camp is sanctioned & provides USA Triathlon Certified Coaching.
