Description:

New and returning athletes training for their first, 2nd or 3rd triathlon on a team that is educational, high energy, fun and safe.
Main focus is on learning and improving on the skills of open water swimming, running/walking, cycling, and transition practice.
The training will include the annual Mini-tri where we will coordinate with other teams to put on a smaller scale run-through of all the skills learned to assess and get ready for the real race.
