This clinic is a must-do for triathletes training for sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. The clinic is for athletes who are in their first few years of triathlon training as well as athletes who want to try a triathlon but need some help getting started.

Learn the key workouts that Lauren Jensen recommends for beginner and intermediate triathletes. Lauren has years of experience as a physical therapist, multisport coach, and professional triathlete under her belt.
