A USAT Sanctioned event
The swim will take place in the pool at the Atholton Swim Club, with the bike ride and run through the nice neighborhood streets.
T-shirts and prizes for all athletes.
Price is $33, with online registration though Active.

5 - 6: Swim 25 meters, Bike ½ mile, Run ¼ mile
7 - 8: Swim 50 meters, Bike 1 mile, Run ½ mile
9 -10: Swim 50 meters, Bike 2 miles, Run ½ mile
11-12: Swim 100 meters, Bike 4 miles, Run 1 mile
13-14: Swim 200 meters, Bike 4 miles, Run 1 mile
15-17: Swim 200 meters, Bike 4 miles, Run 2 miles
NOTE: Age determined by age on 12/31/09
