It’s for all fitness levels. Remember, half of the race is spent on a bike!
It is trail running and mountain biking mixed with some obstacles.

The race features approximately a 6-7 mile course and 5 check points where you will complete an obstacle. At the start of the race, one team member will run and one will ride the bike.
It has a GAUNTLET that allows you to run through approximately 75 yards of crazy obstacles and challenges before entering THE MUD PIT
