Description:

This is the first of the Club races.
This will be a short distance Duathlon, approximately a 1.5 mile run, 10 mile bike, 1.5 mile run.
Registration begins at 9:15 near the picnic area at Boulder Beach.
This race is free to Club members.
A current 2009 membership is required to participate in all Club races.
Kids:
We will also have a shorter distance kids race starting after the adults.
This will be approximately a ½ mile run, 2.5 mile bike (on the paved River Mountain Trail), ½ mile run.

We will have a picnic beginning after the finish of the adults duathlon.
Hang out after you finish and cheer on the kids finish and have a burger or hot dog.
