  • Join us for the second indoor triathlon at Lifetime Fitness Omaha!!
  • This one will have two options!! (see below), the second option is DOUBLE all the sprint times.  So you can go "long" if you'd like!  
  • This will serve as a great safe race for first timers or a time trial for the advanced athlete.  
  • T shirt is an option.  
  • Bring a friend, spouse, sibling anyone over 12 can compete!!

  • Swim 10 minutes, Bike 30 minutes, Run 20 minutes

    Long:
  • Swim 20 minutes, Bike 1 Hour, Run 40 minutes
